What makes us different from the rest:

• Talk to our Mortgage Desk and get expert product and Lender knowledge with candid insights in the information gathering process that you undertake
• If a case can’t be written we will tell you so at the earliest stage. We recognise that the “slow no” is intensely frustrating to both you and your Customer
• We operate a 24 hour (48 hour max) AIP service that delivers an accurate decision that Lenders stand by – we believe it better to get a solid, accurate decision within 24 hours rather than a more rapid 4 hour decision that is likely to change
• We are quick at processing cases. We generally deliver offers within 14 days from receipt of a case and we operate on a 24-hour turnaround on post.
• We are slick at processing cases. We process cases intelligently and will not underwrite by rote as, again, we recognise how frustrating delays and lack of case progress can be to Brokers.
